Resetting Foothold Password

 

Click on your initials in the top right corner and select “password & security”

 

Fill out the form in its entirety. (Current password would be password provided by IT if a password request ticket was submitted.) 

PLEASE NOTE: You will need to follow Foothold password requirements to submit a new password! 

 

Select a secret question and answer so you can reset password later if need be.

Please note, you can skip this if you have already submitted secret question/answers prior to this.

 

Select UPDATE at the bottom to save changes and have password changed.
