Checking Outside Outlook Contacts

Contacts that show up in the “To” field are not always saved contacts. To ensure that there is no dropped contacts, verify important contacts on occasion.

Right click on the contact you would wish to check. In the list, if you see “Add to Outlook Contacts” this means the contact is not saved. Click and Save contact.

Right click on the address again after the contact has been saved. The “Add to Outlook Contacts” should no longer appear. Contact has been saved.
