Resetting your Netsmart password

- Go to the Netsmart website
- https://myevolvmhawnx.netsmartcloud.com/
- this link is also available via SharePoint Home Page
- Enter your Netsmart username and press “Next”
- Click "Forgot Password"
- Enter your Email address and click “Reset Password”.
- You will receive an email with the reset instructions.
Note: If you don’t get an Email within 10 minutes, contact the IT Department.
